Playball Basketball

Playball Basketball is an afterschool basketball competition for primary school aged boys and girls.

Teams (either mixed or same gender) generally come from the same school and compete against other school teams. Competition and training runs year round on Wednesday and Friday afternoons from 4-6.15pm, except during school holidays.

Playball Basketball encourages participation, teamwork, sportspersonship, skill development and most of all, fun.

Hoop Smart specializes in basketball development and welcomes players from the beginner to advanced skill level between the ages of 6-12.

Weekly development programs are offered throughout the school term on Mondays and a special “Girls Only” skills-based program is offered on Thursdays. Both programs run from 4:15-5:00pm.

In the school holidays, Hoop Smart offers fun and innovative basketball camps that emphasize skill development through drills, competitions, and gameplay. In addition, the camp focuses on teaching players the importance of teamwork, maintaining a positive attitude, leadership, and the valuable life-lessons learned through sport.
