Our one-on-one sessions are designed to give you focused session plans to deliver the results that you have been wishing for. Our personal trainers offer variety and expertise that you will not get anywhere else. Combining our brand new, state-of-the-art equipment and specialised training knowledge, you are assured to see results … and fast!

If you are unsure that personal training is for you, it doesn’t fit the budget or you just need a little extra push now and then whilst enjoying the social aspect of fitness, sign up to our group personal training sessions. These sessions are small in number but big in quality.
Each session is capped at 10 people, meaning you get the attention you need and the motivation required to get the best results. Sessions are 25 minutes in duration and more than 50 are held each week. When you sign up to a group personal training membership, you have access to all of them.
