G45 - Glen Eira Team Training - Gold member access

From September 11 through to October 5, GESAC gold members will have access to our new fresh and exciting way of functional training in the WOD Box - G45 - Glen Eira Team Training. 

Places are limited - be sure obtain a ticket from the Links Kiosk or from GESAC reception prior to session start time.

Functional endurance team training - 12 rounds, 3 minute intervals.

G45 CLASSIC

Functional team training, 45 second intervals, train together, finish together.

G45 POWER

Functional power and cardio intervals to increase your performance.

G45 EVEREST

Pyramid functional training intervals; sweat your way to the top.

Swim Squad Update:

During the 50m Pool closure the Tuesday and Thursday 6:30pm Swim Squads will be now be held at 7pm in the 25m Pool.
