 LES MILLS PROGRAMS

Body Attack
BODYATTACK is the sports inspired cardio workout that promotes strength and stamina. Combining athletic aerobic moves, sports inspired training, strength and stability work, this class will help you get fit, stay fit or get fitter. With fitness options for all levels dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate the team to finish together.
Body Step
BODYSTEP is an energising step workout that leaves you feeling liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable instructors. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.
Body Pump
BODYPUMP is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60 minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for — and fast!
Body Combat
BODYCOMBAT is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.
Body Jam
 BODYJAM is the cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. An addictive fusion of the latest dance styles and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as on breaking a sweat. Funky instructors teach you to move with attitude through this 55 minute class. So grab a friend, get front and centre, and get high on the feeling of dance.
Body Balance
 BODYBALANCE is a yoga, tai chi and pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
Body Vive
 BODYVIVE is a fun, challenging, low impact class. You will work up a sweat and burn big calories with low impact cardio tracks then condition and tone your body using the BODYVIVE tubes. Work as hard as you like and leave fizzing with energy.
RPM
 RPM is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within — sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.
Sh Bam
 SH’BAM features simple but seriously hot dance moves, the perfect way to shape up and let out your inner star — even if you’re dance challenged. Set to a soundtrack of chart-topping popular hits, dance music that is heard in the hottest nightclubs around the world, familiar classics remixed and modernised Latin beats, SH’BAM is the ultimate fun and sociable way to exercise. Each 45 minute class is vibrant, unique and varied.
CX Worx
 CXWORX is based on cutting-edge scientific research, this program is the ultimate way to get a tight and toned core. With dynamic training that hones in on your abs, glutes, back, obliques, and “slings” connecting the upper and lower body. This workout will leave you looking good and feeling strong.

Pilates
PILATES MAT is a popular body conditioning system of centering the body, releasing stress and strengthening abdominal muscles. Class is suitable for all fitness levels.**
Fit Ball
 FITBALL is a unique and effective class using weights and the fitball. Have fun challenging every muscle in your body while improving your balance and core strength on the ball.**
Power Yoga
POWER YOGA is style of Yoga that does not follow a series of set Asanas (poses). Originating from the Ashtanga Style, POWER YOGA is dynamic and flowing.**
Vinyasa Yoga
VINYASA YOGA is a dynamic flowing Yoga workout where one Asana (pose) flows into the next following the breath. This style of Yoga is very popular due to its faster paced fitness approach.**
Hatha Yoga
HATHA YOGA is the union of two opposing energies, the sun and the moon. Suitable for all ages and abilities from beginner up, this style focuses on bringing these energies together through breathing and Asanas (poses) to balance the body and mind.**

CORE is a 45 minute core focused class. You will leave feeling like you have washboard abs. This class will work every aspect of your core, building functional strength and muscle tone.
Tai Chi
TAI CHI is a series of traditional Chinese movements that promote mental awareness, balance control, flexibility and wellbeing. This hugely popular discipline speaks for itself.**

 X TRAINING uses basic exercises and combines dynamic strength work with high intensity cardio. The high demands of the varied exercises ensure you get results and fast.

BOXING is a high intensity boxing circuit class that won’t make you a world champion but you’ll feel like one. Great for tone and overall conditioning. Members must bring their own boxing gloves liners for hygiene purposes. An excellent workout for all fitness levels.

ACTIVE ADULTS is a circuit style workout for active older adults improving balance, co-ordination, functional strength and fitness.

Cycle
CYCLE is a 45 minute indoor cycling class. During this high intensity non-impact class your instructor will take you through different terrain challenging your cardiovascular fitness levels and building strength in your legs and joints.

AQUATIC PROGRAMS

AQUA FITNESS is a weight bearing, low stroke, reduced impact exercise session that may include strength and conditioning work, aerobic drills, interval training and plyometrics. Conducted in the indoor 25metre pool, these classes are suitable for all ages and abilities and are designed to cater for all levels of fitness. Lane restrictions and class number caps apply, so please ensure you arrive early to secure
your spot.**

Hot Aqua
HOT AQUA will get your temperature rising, conducted in the hot water therapy pool, you get all the benefits of hot water exercise and aqua exercise together. Suitable for all ages and abilities, this class is a great way to improve or maintain your fitness.
Aqua Pilates
AQUA PILATES enjoys the benefits of pilates conditioning in the amazing hot water therapy pool. You will focus on your breathing, core and posture while exercising in the 35 degree water, helping relax and restore your joints and muscles, leaving you feeling refreshed and strong.
Fitness Squad
 FITNESS SQUAD will improve your fitness, hone your technique and help you become the best swimmer you can be. Its recommended that participants can swim 500 metres continuously.
Aqua Zumba
 AQUA ZUMBA known as the ZUMBA "pool party," AQUA ZUMBA gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. Integrating the ZUMBA formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, AQUA ZUMBA blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that's cardio-conditioning, body-toning and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief.

The ultimate aquatic exercise class, combining resistance, cardio and low impact exercise. Suitable for anyone from elite athletes to injury rehabilitation. Conducted in the outdoor 50m pool please note this class is subject to weather - notice will be given if alternative arrangements cannot be made. Please check at reception.

 TRI SQUAD - Looking to extend yourself in the water or prepare for an upcoming race? Conducted by Bayside Tri Club’s experienced coaches, these sessions focus on speed, endurance and technique. Suitable for triathletes and swimmers of all
abilities. Tri-Squad is included in Tri-Gold membership. Additional fees apply for other members and casual users.

MY PHYSIO HYDROTHERAPY - Water is a supportive, relatively unloaded environment, that is ideal for training in core stabilisation, spinal and orthopaedic rehabilitation following injury or surgery, as well as for strength and flexibility training for arthritis sufferers. GYM FLOOR/STADIUM PROGRAMS

TRX Suspension
 TRX is the original bodyweight training tool that tones and strengthens the whole body and delivers a powerful core workout at the same time. Originally used to train navy seals, this hugely popular piece of equipment will challenge you like never before. Equipment is limited so ensure you get in early. *Assemble on the gym floor at the matrix unit.
Living Stronger  LIVING LONGER LIVING STRONGER (LLLS) was established by COTA (Council on the Ageing Victoria). LLLS is a progressive strength program designed for adults over 50 who care about their health and fitness and enjoy exercising in a group of like-minded people. The program aims to develop functional strength, improve balance, coordination and mobility while being fun and challenging. Hugely popular in centres all over Victoria, find out exactly why so many people are Living Longer Living Stronger. *Assemble at the gym floor reception desk.

CIRCUIT BOX 45 takes boxing to the next level with this 45 minute small group session. Utilising specialised boxing equipment this class will hone your technique, improve your co-ordination and make you fighting fit. *Assemble behind the treadmills in the gym.

RESULTS STUDIO

A 30 minute high intensity interval training session (HIIT). This small team training session will get you super fit, super fast. Your Grit Strength captain will push you to your limits and in this session failure is success!

BOSU or both sides utilised is a dynamic stability training tool that challenges the body’s stabilisers and improves core strength, co-ordination and balance. All your major muscles will be challenged in these small group 30 minute sessions.

Kettlebells are widely used in sports and competition as a strength and conditioning tool. Facilitating ballistic power movements with their unique shape, Kettlebells improve strength and power, increase core strength and fitness and build and tone muscle.

HOT WHEELS is an all-abilities program for people who enjoy movement and require significant support to do so. It is ideal for, but not limited to, people who use a wheelchair and want to work on strength, co-ordination and flexibility. Numbers are limited so bookings are essential.
