Triathlon
GESAC has partnered with Bayside Triathlon Club to offer triathlon training sessions both on-site at GESAC and utilising local facilities. Whether you are a beginner or seasoned triathlete, our training sessions will motivate you to reach your goals.
Sessions can be attended casually, or our Tri-Gold memberships include access to all sessions as well as unlimited access to GESAC’s health club and aquatic facilities.

Tri-Gold membership
Tri-Gold memberships include access to all BTC training sessions, both at GESAC and offsite, and a BTC membership. Tri-Gold members also receive unlimited access to GESAC’s health club and aquatic facilities, making GESAC your perfect all-year-round training venue.

Race specific sessions aimed at both long and short course athletes and suitable for all are able to complete a sprint distance triathlon to the serious Ironman distance athlete. |
| Weekend rides |
Variety of courses and distances. Specific beginner rides of 60 minutes and will include bike skills
pre-road ride, plus experienced ride for two plus hours in duration and an average of 30km per hour plus. Also rides suitable for all levels with a variety of options. |
| Weekend runs |
A more endurance focussed run that may include tempo efforts, hills or easy aerobic. Suitable for anyone capable of running 30 plus minutes continues. |
Water polo
Richmond Water Polo club utilises our outdoor pool for training sessions. New members are welcome in both junior and senior categories.
